Product Description
A famous variety of strip-style oolong teas from the Phoenix Mountain in Guangdong province, China. Noted for its natural flavours and fragrances of flowers and fruits, such as, orchid, osmanthus and almond. This is mostly because of the special environment where the tea grows, more than 1000 meters high and the soil is rich in minerals and trace elements.
Hand plucked leaved are carefully hand rolled and allowed to oxidize partially, and skillfully fired to make this amber-colored brew that delivers a smooth balance with a mellow aftertaste. It is orchid flower-aromatic and has much subtle flavor and a rich toasty taste.
Measure one rounded teaspoon per 6 oz. of water, brew it with freshly heated boiling water for 2--3 minutes and serve. It can stand 5 -- 7 infusions.
