Tie Kuan Yin oolong tea wins the reputation of "Lingering fragrance remains after seven infusions". Its flavour is more robust than most typical oolongs. It has achieved unprecedented popularity throughout Asia, North America, Europe and Oceania.

It produces a very flowery aroma and taste and has been listed as one of the Top Ten Teas of China.


Brewing

Generally, 3 grams of tea per 170 grams of water, or about one teaspoon per cup, should be used. The tea should be prepared with about 90°C water and steeped 3 -- 4 minutes.
